TROUBLESHOOTING

Try these checks before contacting support.

Work through the basics one at a time. If the service itself is unavailable, the provider must confirm the account or service status.

TROUBLESHOOTING
01

The app will not open

  1. Restart the device and reopen the app.
  2. Check for operating-system and app updates in the official device settings or app store.
  3. If the problem began after an update, note the app version and exact message.
02

The app opens but cannot connect

  1. Confirm the device can reach other trusted websites or apps.
  2. Restart your router and device, then reconnect to your usual network.
  3. Check the provider’s official status page or contact channel for a service notice.
03

Sign-in or activation fails

  1. Check that you are using the provider’s official app or verified website.
  2. Re-enter details from the latest official welcome message and check for accidental spaces.
  3. Never send your password, full activation link or one-time code in a public message. Ask support to verify account status through its approved process.
Should I factory-reset my device?

A reset can erase personal data and is rarely the first step. Contact the device maker or provider before considering it.
