VIEWER CHECKLIST

Trying IPTV? Make your trial count.

A short trial is a chance to check the practical details that matter to your household before you choose a plan.

VIEWER CHECKLIST

Read the trial terms first

Confirm when the trial starts and ends, what is included, whether payment information is required, and whether it converts to a paid plan automatically. Ask how to stop or change the trial and save the answer. Terms differ between providers; never assume a trial works the same way everywhere.

Test on the device and network you will use

Use your actual television or streaming device and the internet connection you normally watch on. Try at different times of day and check whether navigation, sound, subtitles and picture quality work as expected. A successful test on a phone does not prove the same experience on a television.

Check your own viewing list

Write down the channels, languages, programmes or events your household actually watches. Ask the provider to confirm which are included and whether any are limited by plan, device or availability. A headline count does not guarantee that a particular channel or title is present.

Decide before the trial ends

Compare the full price, renewal and cancellation terms, supported devices, simultaneous-viewing limits and support contact. If a detail is not clear, ask before subscribing. Never share passwords, payment codes or account recovery details in an unverified chat.
